Returns & Refund Policy
At Antarmada, we strive to provide beautiful, high-quality artwork for your space. Here’s everything you need to know about our policies on returns, exchanges, and replacements.
No Returns, But We Offer Hassle-Free Reprints We do not offer returns for refunds. However, if your canvas arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Simply send us a picture of the damage along with the print, and we’ll promptly send you a reprint at no additional cost. Unlike many canvas shops, we don’t require you to pay for return shipping.
Exchanges and Partial Refunds If you’re not fully satisfied with your artwork for a valid reason, we’re here to help:
Exchange: We offer an exchange for a different design of the same size if the original print doesn’t meet your expectations for a valid reason, such as color variation or quality concerns.
Partial Refund: In certain circumstances, we may provide a partial refund. Valid reasons may include issues with small damages, print quality or color accuracy that differ from what was expected. Please contact us to discuss your options. We’re committed to making sure you have artwork that truly enhances your space.
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? No problem! You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Just contact us directly to initiate the cancellation process.
Damaged Items – How to Open a Claim If you receive a damaged item, please send us the following photos to help us process your claim efficiently:

Full back view of the product
Close-up of the damage or flaw Barcodes (if applicable)
Entire packaging box
Close-up of the shipping label
Once we receive the photos, we’ll ship you a replacement free of charge. No need to return the damaged item.
Lost Items If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you’re unable to locate your item, please follow these steps:
Check Around Your Property: Look in your mailbox or PO box, as well as around your property—this includes the front door, back door, garage, backyard, and any other safe drop-off areas.
Contact the Courier: If you still cannot locate the package, please contact FedEx or your courier provider with your tracking information to open a claim.
Notify Us After Two Days: If the courier cannot locate the item within two days, please contact us with the claim details. We will work with the courier to assist with the process or provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Important Notes: Claim Period: All claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Contact Us: Reach out to us via email for any assistance with claims or questions.
