If your order arrives damaged, just send us a photo of the damage, and we’ll promptly send you a FREE replacement. No hassle, no cost to you!
What if my order is lost in the mail?
If your order gets lost, don’t worry! We’ll help track it down. If it can’t be retrieved, we’ll send you a FREE replacement right away!
Can I get my order faster?
Yes, we offer expedited options! For USA customers, we provide SAME DAY PRINTING for an additional $20. This service is available for orders placed from Monday to Thursday, and your order will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering.
What is your return or refund policy?
We do not accept returns for refunds as our shop is based in Canada and we don't have locations in Europe, the USA, or other regions. If your print arrives damaged, simply send us a photo of the damage and we'll promptly send you a free replacement. No need to return the damaged item. Your satisfaction is our priority!
What is your cancellation policy?
Need to cancel your order? Just message me within 24 hours of placing it, and I'll take care of the cancellation for you. After 24 hours, your order will be sent to production and cancellations will be difficult.

Where are your canvases made?
All Antarmada canvases are hand-crafted in our USA and European studios. Each piece is hand-stretched and quality-checked before shipping.
Is the canvas hand-painted?
No. Each Antarmada canvas is a premium printed reproduction of our original digital artwork on museum-grade canvas with archival pigment inks. The result is vibrant, gallery-quality, and designed for long-lasting color and detail.
Are the canvases ready to hang?
Yes. Every canvas ships with pre-installed hanging hardware. Just open the box and hang it on the wall — no tools, no extra hardware required.
What sizes are available?
Most pieces are available in 12x18", 16x24", 20x30", and 24x36" (gallery-wrapped). Larger sizes available for select pieces. Framed canvas options also available in seven premium wood finishes.
What's the difference between Slim Profile and Museum Depth?
Slim Profile features 0.75" deep stretcher bars — a minimalist, modern look that sits close to the wall. Museum Depth features 1.25" to 1.5" deep stretcher bars — a substantial gallery look with more visual presence. Both are gallery-wrapped (image continues around the sides).
Do you ship internationally?
Will I have to pay customs?
Standard shipping is free. International orders outside the free shipping zone may be subject to local import duties — these are typically minimal and the responsibility of the recipient.
