How long will my order take to arrive?
Every Antarmada canvas is made to order, just for you. Production typically takes 3–6 business days, with shipping a further 3–7 days — so most orders arrive in about 7–14 days, and you’ll receive tracking the moment it ships. Shipping is free across the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia. Need it sooner? See the expedited option below.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the damage within 5 days of delivery (within 48 hours is best) and we’ll ship a free replacement — no return needed, and you keep the original.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
If your order goes missing in transit, we’ll track it down with the courier — and if it can’t be recovered, we’ll send a free replacement at no cost.
Can I get my order faster?
Yes — US customers can add same-day printing for $20. Message us before placing your order (available Monday–Thursday) and your canvas ships within 24 hours.
What is your return or refund policy?
Because every canvas is made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns or offer refunds. But you're fully covered: if your print arrives damaged, just send us a photo within 5 days and we'll promptly ship a free replacement — no need to return the original. Your satisfaction is our priority!
What is your cancellation policy?
Yes — contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll cancel it in full. After 24 hours your order enters production, and because every canvas is made to order it can no longer be canceled.

Each Antarmada canvas is designed in Canada by our founder, then made to order — printed, hand-stretched and framed by our trusted production partners in the USA and Europe — and quality-checked before it ships to you.
Is the canvas hand-painted?
No — and we’re always upfront about this. Each design is an original, AI-assisted digital artwork that our team hand-finishes, then prints on museum-grade canvas with archival pigment inks rated to resist fading for 100+ years. The result is vibrant and gallery-quality — it is not a hand-painted original, and this is disclosed on every listing.
Will the colors be vibrant and the image sharp, just like the photos online?
Yes — this is our picture-quality promise. Every design is color-processed in-house and printed at 300 DPI on museum-grade canvas with archival, fade-resistant pigment inks, so your canvas arrives rich, vibrant and razor-sharp at every size we offer — from the smallest print to the largest panoramic. Each order is quality-checked before it ships, and colors stay true to what you see on screen, with only a slight 5–10% variation possible between screen and print.
Are the canvases ready to hang?
Yes. Every canvas ships with pre-installed hanging hardware. Just open the box and hang it on the wall — no tools, no extra hardware required.
What sizes are available?
Gallery-wrapped canvases range from 12×18″ up to 40×60″, with squares up to 48×48″ — available sizes vary by piece and are shown on each product page. Prefer a frame? Framed canvases come in seven premium finishes: Black, Natural Oak, Walnut, Espresso, Gold, Silver and White.
What's the difference between Slim Profile and Museum Depth?
Slim Profile features 0.75" deep stretcher bars — a minimalist, modern look that sits close to the wall. Museum Depth features 1.5″ deep stretcher bars — a substantial gallery look with more visual presence. Both are gallery-wrapped (image continues around the sides).
Do you ship internationally?
Will I have to pay customs?
Standard shipping is free. International orders outside the free shipping zone may be subject to local import duties — these are typically minimal and the responsibility of the recipient.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment secure?
