What if my order is lost in the mail?
If your order gets lost, don’t worry! We’ll help track it down. If it can’t be retrieved, we’ll send you a FREE replacement right away!
Can I get my order faster?
Yes, we offer expedited options! For USA customers, we provide SAME DAY PRINTING for an additional $30. This service is available for orders placed from Sunday to Thursday, and your order will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering.
What is your return or refund policy?
We do not accept returns for refunds as our shop is based in Canada and we don't have locations in Europe, the USA, or other regions. If your print arrives damaged, simply send us a photo of the damage and we'll promptly send you a free replacement. No need to return the damaged item. Your satisfaction is our priority!
What is your cancellation policy?
Need to cancel your order? Just message me within 24 hours of placing it, and I'll take care of the cancellation for you. After 24 hours, your order will be sent to production and cancellations will be difficult.
