Every canvas is made to order: production takes about 3–6 business days and shipping a further 3–7 days, so most orders arrive in about 7–14 days — and you’ll receive tracking the moment it ships. If your order arrives damaged, simply send us a photo within 5 days of delivery (48 hours is best) and we’ll promptly ship a free replacement — no return needed, and you keep the original. Returns & Damage Guarantee

Every Antarmada canvas is hand-crafted to order, which means we approach returns differently than mass-market retailers. Below is exactly how our damage guarantee, exchanges, and refunds work.

At Antarmada, every canvas is made to order with care. If your piece arrives damaged or with a print issue, we replace it free — no return shipping, no fees, no hassle. Just send a photo and we’ll ship a fresh reprint right away.

No Returns, But We Offer Hassle-Free Reprints We do not offer returns for refunds. However, if your canvas arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Simply send us a picture of the damage along with the print, and we’ll promptly send you a reprint at no additional cost. Unlike many canvas shops, we don’t require you to pay for return shipping.

Partial Refund: In certain circumstances, we may provide a partial refund. Valid reasons may include issues with small damages, print quality or color accuracy that differ from what was expected. Please contact us to discuss your options. We’re committed to making sure you have artwork that truly enhances your space.

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No problem! You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Just contact us directly to initiate the cancellation process.

Damaged Items – How to Open a Claim If you receive a damaged item, please send us the following photos to help us process your claim efficiently:

- Full front view of the product

- Close-up of the damage or flaw

- Entire packaging box

- Close-up of the shipping label

Once we receive the photos, we’ll ship you a replacement free of charge. No need to return the damaged item.

Lost Items: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you’re unable to locate your item, please follow these steps:

Check Around Your Property: Look in your mailbox or PO box, as well as around your property—this includes the front door, back door, garage, backyard, and any other safe drop-off areas.

Contact the Courier: If you still cannot locate the package, please contact FedEx or your courier provider with your tracking information to open a claim.

Notify Us After Two Days: If the courier cannot locate the item within two days, please contact us with the claim details. We will work with the courier to assist with the process or provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Colors stay true to what you see on screen, with only a slight 5-10% variation possible between screen and print.

What if my canvas arrives damaged?
